Welcome to spring! It has been heartwarming to see the spring flowers blooming and occasional sunny days! I’m looking forward to warmer dry days and more sunshine!
Apologies for the lack of updates of late, but I have been busy! In January, we adopted a Spring Spaniel! I’ve wanted a dog for a number of years so I am over the moon with the new addition to our family. Libby hasn’t had the greatest start in her life but we are giving her lots of love and healing to help her on her journey.
I am managing to fit in work around doggy care as Libby goes to work with my husband in his office in the garden when I am working.
I am continuing to run monthly meditation sessions. The next session is on Wednesday 3rd May at 11am. Please contact me if you’d like to attend.
The next date for the group Distant Healing is on Saturday 29th April at 08.30am. Please let me have names of any animals or humans that are in need of distant healing by 8am on Friday 28th January and I’ll add them to the distant healing list. If you would like to join us in sending distant healing, do contact me giving me your email address and I’ll add you to my email distribution.
A couple of weeks ago, Neal’s Yard launched some new products which I started using in my treatments as soon as they arrived!
I have used the Vitamin C Brightening Booster mixed with hand cream in Tsuboki Hand Massage, Organic Rosehip Oil in Indian Head Massage and the Hyaluronic Acid Booster in a Frankincense Facial mixed in with the moisturiser. They all give great results and really do give our skin a boost.
My favourite is Hyaluronic Acid Booster. Despite its chemical sounding name, it is actually 99.9% from natural plant origins and 96.8% organic. Hyaluronic acid attracts and holds onto moisture, giving skin an instant, intense dose of hydration, leaving skin supple and visibly plumped. I have treated myself to a bottle as my sensitive skin is loving this. I add one drop to my serum and I can really see and feel the difference. If you’d like a sample of any of these, please contact me and I’ll post a sample out to you.
To simplify things (and so I have more time to train and play with my doggie!), I have combined my Body in Balance and Neal’s Yard posts.
Do contact me if you would like to book a holistic therapy, a facial or a free skincare consultation, order some Neal’s Yard products or if you have any questions.
Wishing you peace, joy and good health for spring.
