Apologies that I haven’t written a newsletter for some time. I have been busy working on my website! For those of you who don’t know, I used to have a website many years ago, but it was hacked! It has taken me a long time to get it sorted! A big THANK YOU to Gareth (the husband of my niece) for your help in setting up the infrastructure, so I could add the content.

I continue to enjoy carrying out facials as well as my other treatments and I absolutely love all that I do. I recently had the pleasure of giving a woman with Downs Syndrome a facial and she absolutely loved it and how her skin felt afterwards.
I continue to run monthly (usually the first Wednesday in the month) meditation group sessions. During these monthly guided Meditation sessions we study and meditate with a different topic each month. There is usually a spiritual theme and the meditations often incorporate crystals and angels to aid spiritual development. The date for the next sessions are as follows:
Wednesday 2nd November at 10.30am and 12 noon.
Wednesday 7th December at 10.30am and 12 noon.
This Friday I am running a hand pampering session using the gorgeous Neal’s Yard products, in aid of the Breast Cancer Now charity and I am asking my guests to ‘wear it pink’. If you are local to me and would like to join us, please do contact me.
I am now turning my thoughts to Christmas. I have a few events that I will be attending with either my Neal’s Yard products or crystals – and in one case both!
Although Christmas may seem a long way off, I like to give those who want to start shopping early the chance to do so.
I am offering a one-to-one shopping service and I can gift wrap and deliver in Brockenhurst, so do contact me to book an appointment.
Even if you aren’t local to me, I offer a mail order service can post crystals and crystal jewellery out. After a brief consultation (which can be by phone, message or email), I dowse to see which crystals are right for you.
I make a selection and send a photo to you with the options available to you. This includes sizes and prices so you can choose what is right for you and your pocket. When you are happy with the selection, I carefully prepare them for posting and will let you know how much postage is going to be as this depends on the size and price of the chosen crystals. I do not charge for packing or the selection process.

If you cannot make the above times, you are welcome to make an appointment to come and browse my selection of goodies (crystals, crystal tea lights, crystal jewellery and Neal’s Yard products). I am happy to give help and advice.
So whether you want to start your Christmas shopping early or prefer to shop on Christmas eve (or anywhere in between!) please do get in touch with me.
I would like to thank those who have joined the Distant Healing group that I’ve been running. Anyone from anywhere in the world can join this group as we carry it out from our own homes and we would welcome new members to boost our numbers. It usually happens on the last Saturday morning of the month. Please email me for more information, if you would like to join or if you have any names of people or animals that you would like healing sent to.
The date for the next distant healing session will be on Saturday 29th October starting at 08.30am. It usually lasts about 30 minutes as we send healing to the animals for approximately 15 minutes and then to humans for approximately 15 minutes. If you can’t join in at this time, the healing can be sent at any time and you can just ask that it joins in the with the group healing. If you know any animals or humans that are in need of distant healing, please let me have their names I will include them on our lists.
